The right start is everything!  Its a fact that the most skilled Eagleclaw players are the ones who started with us at the youngest ages.  That's where the Tiny Eagles Pre-Academy program comes in.  Let Eagleclaw get your little one on the right road to being a great player.   We'll ensure they fall in love with the game, have fun at every training session and leave feeling they cannot wait for the next session.

 

Every session will focus on developing motor skills by improving agility, balance and coordination.  The ball is always the central component of a Tiny Eagles training session, and our coaches will encourage your child to explore controlling the ball, passing and shooting.

Training will be indoors on a hardwood surface using a low-bounce futsal ball.  Using a futsal ball encourages early development of fundamental ball control and technical skills.  In subtle ways, your child will begin to experience the unique Spanish style of Eagleclaw's training methodology. As these young players become more  fluid with their movements and control of the ball, we begin to purposefully introduce more technical skills so we can develop a foundation of confidence on the ball when confronting opponents.  Along the way, each child will grow in strength and confidence.  And friendly competitive games will begin to instill key values such as competitive spirit, age-appropriate grit, friendship, respect, teamwork and camaraderie.

Amadou Sanyang is the Director of Pre-Academy for Eagleclaw Football Club.  He is an experienced Eagleclaw coach with a keen understanding of the game and a sterling reputation for getting the most out of players at any age.  As Director of the Tiny Eagles Pre-Academy program, Amadou and his coaching staff work with our youngest players (age 3-6) to provide a solid soccer foundation that will prepare and guide them into our Primary Academy program.

Program Details

• Registration opens May 25th, 2018

• Program starts August 6th - December 5th

• Training sessions are Mondays

• No training Thanksgiving week.

• Each session is 60 minutes, 4:00pm - 5:00 pm

• Training is indoors at the Hidden Valley Fieldhouse (Bellevue)

• Program Fee - $425​

• Program Fee includes Tiny Eagles Jersey and Shorts

• Players must wear shin guards and futsal shoes (flat soled court shoes)

• Enrollment limited to 40 players age 3-6
