WHAT IS THE
CHAMPIONS CUP SERIES?
The Champions Cup Series (CCS) is the first global youth futsal competition series in the world. The tournament series is comprised of three tournaments, the Winter Regional Championships, the Summer National Championships and the World Futsal Championships. The winners of Division 1 at the National Championships win the right to compete at the World Futsal Cup held in Barcelona, Spain.
The CCS features 24 top-level clubs from across the United States. Participating clubs include futsal-savvy youth soccer clubs like Eagleclaw FC, as well as MLS clubs and futsal-specific clubs.
Competitive futsal at this level represents a unique development accelerator for youth soccer players. We call it “twin-tracking” playing futsal and soccer simultaneously. The crucible of high level futsal competition is a development accelerator for youth soccer players who seek the ability to control the ball in tight spaces with a high degree of technical skill and the fast reaction times and rapid scanning rates that are required in competitive futsal and professional soccer.

The Player fee covers all three tournaments and covers the team's tournament fees, player cards and team coach expenses (e.g. airfare, hotel and daily wage during tournaments) Players fees vary depending on team roster size. The team fee is collected in three installments in November, January and March. Travel expenses are not included in the Player Fee. Each player is responsible for their own airfare hotel and meals.
*The National Championship and World Futsal Cup will be held back-to-back with one day between tournaments so there will not be additional airfare expense.
