Bailey serves as a head coach with the Eagleclaw FC Juniors boys’ and girls’ programs and joined the club in 2025, bringing a strong focus on player development, leadership, and positive team culture.

Bailey began her coaching journey volunteering alongside her uncle before moving into high school coaching, where she spent two years supporting player development and team organization. She brings a thoughtful, organized approach to training and competition, with an emphasis on communication, accountability, and growth.

As a player, Bailey competed collegiately at Portland Christian University and later at the Oregon Institute of Technology, where she played on scholarship and served as team captain during her junior and senior years. She was recognized with the Hootie Award for integrity, honor, and commitment to team-first values, and consistently contributed as a creative and productive attacking player.

 

Off the field, Bailey’s professional background in human resources and organizational leadership strengthens her ability to support players through effective communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building. These skills directly inform her coaching approach and the environment she creates for her teams.
