Chris Dube serves as head coach for the Eagleclaw FC U17–U19 teams and is entering his second year with the club, bringing strong leadership and experience in the high school and older youth environment.

As a player, Chris competed collegiately at Winthrop University and Pacific Lutheran University, and trained and played with clubs in Germany, shaping a deep understanding of the game and its demands.

Chris has coached across multiple local high school programs, worked within Olympic Development Program (ODP)environments, and most recently led a Tacoma-based U19 team to a 2025 Northwest Surf Cup championship and a Washington State Presidents Cup finalist finish.

His coaching style emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and personal growth, helping players prepare for the next stage of their soccer journey.
