Kathryn Schmidt serves as a head coach with Eagleclaw FC, working with the F2011/12 age group, and joined the club in 2025. She brings a strong passion for the game, a highly organized approach to training, and a natural ability to connect with and support young players.

Kathryn holds US Soccer Grassroots 9v9 and 11v11 licenses and has been coaching youth soccer for over 10 years. She is known for creating structured, engaging training environments that help players build confidence, technical ability, and a love for the game.

As a player, Kathryn competed in club soccer for 13 years and played at Kentridge High School, developing a strong understanding of the game and the youth development pathway. She began her coaching journey in the local community and has continued working with young players in both recreational and select environments.

Kathryn is passionate about teaching the game the right way at the foundational ages and is committed to helping players grow not only as soccer players, but also as teammates and individuals within the Eagleclaw FC program.
