Paolo Mottola holds the highest licenses offered by the United States Soccer Federation. He earned an “A” License in 2005 (audited in 2009 & 2013) and received the inaugural USSF Goalkeeping license in 2006. Paolo received his NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma in 2007.

Paolo’s most recent coaching education (2015) with OSA consulting and ACF Fiorentina of Serie A, traveling to Florence to learn their methodology for youth and professional players.

Since deciding to make coaching his profession in 2001, he has coached state champions at the youth (5), high school (1) and college (1) levels. 

​

Paolo has held three Director of Coaching positions; South Hill Revolution (WA), Pinnacle Soccer Academy (AZ) and FC Tacoma (WA). 

His college experiences: Women’s Head Coach at Tacoma Community College and Evergreen State.

In 2015-2017 Paolo held General Manager and coaching roles with OSA Group under Giuseppe Pezzano with both the NPSL (men’s) and WPSL (women’s).
